Residents of Greenwich, CT face an interesting issue when they consider driver training… they can not go into the state of New York to do their training. A driver training certificate from a New York driving school will not be accepted by the Connecticut DMV. So, Greenwich residents must choose a driving school from Greenwich and areas close-by.

Fresh Green Light is located on Putnam Ave in Cos Cob and is the newest of the driving schools in and around Greenwich. They are owned by the same individuals who operate Fresh Green Light on Rye, NY.

Tom’s Driving School is located on East Putnam Ave in Riverside and they are the area’s oldest driving school.

High Ridge Driving School is located on High Ridge Rd in Stamford, a 1/4 mile from the Merritt.
